place bayleaf on tin foil place frozen chicken on bayleaf adash of lemon pepper on chicken rap up tin foal around chicken place in oven

check chicken if halfway cooked ad soy souce And put back in oven

mix half Alfredo with noodles

pull out cooked chicken slice up put on top of noodles pore the rest of the Alfredo on top of chicken
