Ingredients

  • 1 loafItalian bread
  • 1Olive oil
  • 1Sliced fresh basil
  • 1/2 cupDiced red onion
  • 4 tbspBalsamic
  • 1Mozzarella & provolone cheese
  • 2 smalltomatoes, diced
  • 1Chicken or proscuitto
  • 1Pesto
  • 1Goat cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine basil, tomatoes, onion, olive oil, balsamic, cooked meat. Marinate 30 min.

  2. 2

    Slice bread to 1/2". Brush with oil and pesto. Broil until toasted.

  3. 3

    Top with mixture and cheese, and olives, red peppers, our any other ingredients. Bake at 350 until cheese is melted.
