2Fresh Catfish fillets (no bones)
3 tbsplemon pepper

1Salt to taste

Heat olive oil in pan over medium

Sprinkle lemon Pepper on catfish evenly, then add to the pan. Cook for 5 minute on each side. (cook times may very depending on the thickness of the fillet)

Lightly add salt to taste on each side then remove from pan to serving plate. Squeeze lemon juice over the fillets
