Preheat 350. Coat 9 x13 pan with cooking spray. Place cookie mix in large bowl. Cut in butter and 4 oz cream cheese using pastry blender until crumbly. Hold out 1 1/2 cups. Bake 12 minute.

Meanwhile in large bowl beat 20 oz of cream cheese.sugar.flour.almond extract and eggs on medium speed. Spread cream chess mixture over baked cookie base..

Spoon cherry pie filling over cream cheese layer. Sprinkle reserved crumbs over pie filling .. bake 40-45 minutes longer
