Method:
Take 1 tablespoon Oil in a pan and add sabut dhania, jeera, sauf and hing. Then add besan, onion and ginger. When it is brown add mashed potatoes and other spices and cook properly for 10 minutes. - 2
For samosa :
Make 2 roti using a little oil and maida. Half cook it and then cut it from the center into two pieces. Add stuffing and give it a shape of samose. Then deep fry it.
Hot and crispy samosa is ready.
