Ingredients

  1. 3eggs omelet roll cut in to 1 inch slice
  2. 1 medium bowlBoild onion tomato gravy
  3. 1 tablespoonGinger garlic paste
  4. 1 teaspoonKitchen king masala
  5. 1/2 teaspoonTurmeric
  6. 1 teaspoonCrushed black pepper
  7. 1/2 teaspoonGreen chilli paste
  8. 1 teaspoonFresh cream
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. 2 tablespoonsOil
  11. Chopped fresh coriander for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in kadhai. Add onion tomato purée. Sauté till oil comes up.add ginger garlic paste green chilli paste. Stir for 1 minute.

    2. Add turmeric, crushed black pepper and kitchen king masala mix well and stir for 2-3 minutes. Add fresh cream.If gravy becomes dry add some water and cook till oil comes up. Add salt and cook for 5 minutes. Add omelet roll slice and garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot with bread, parathas or chapati.
