Add sugar and water and make one thread sugar syrup
Cut the bread in desired shape and deep fry them till golden brown from both the sides
Take it out on tissue paper.

Take a heavy bottom pan and boil milk and let it reduce it to half.

When it is about to be done add milk powder,condense milk,cardamom and saffron and stir it continously till it semi thick.

Roast the dry fruits in ghee
Now it's time to plate the Shahi tukda.
