Ingredients

  1. 2lbs Boneless Thighs Meat of Chicken cut up in small pieces.
  2. 2 TbspMDH Chicken curry Masala.
  3. 2 TbspGinger, Garlic and Turmeric (fresh) Paste.
  4. 1Medium Onion Chopped.
  5. 1 tspKosher Salt.
  6. 4 TbspYogurt.
  7. 1 tspCumin Seeds.
  8. 2Fresh Hot Green Chillies.
  9. 1/4 CupWater.
  10. 2Hard Boiled Eggs Sliced.
  11. Fresh cilantro (chopped)

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl marinate chicken mixed with 1 Tbsp Masala, 1 Tbsp Ginger/Garlic/Tumeric Paste, for 20 minutes.

    Heat oil in a big enough pot, add cumin seeds add onions and cook for 5 minutes. Add marinated chicken and cook about 5 minutes, add remaining 1TB masala and 1 Tbsp Ginger,Garlic, Tumeric Paste. Add Green Chillies and water. Cook for 10 mins.

    Add Yogurt and cook for 20 minutes on low heat. Add hard boiled eggs mix and cook 5 more minutes. Add cilantro on top. Serve with Basmati Rice.
