  1. 1whole fried tilapia fish. Medium size
  2. 6potatoes
  3. Deep frying oil
  4. 1tomato
  5. Salt

    Chop the potatoes and dice to chips like shapes

  2. 2

    Wash well and let the water drain

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a frying pan

  4. 4

    Fry the chips till crunchy

  5. 5

    Warm the fish on the oil

  6. 6

    Slice the tomatoes and arrange neatly

  7. 7

    Serve together with salt and juice
