  • 500 ggoat ribs
  • Kachumbari (3tomatoes,1onion and Dhania)
  • Soy sauce
  • Salt

    Marinade the goat ribs with soy sauce and salt

    Put in a grill or roast over wire on a jiko till cooked and ready

    Make Kachumbari and serve with ugali
