In a big bowl add besan,suji and curd along with1/2 cup water.whisk them well to prepare a lump free batter.

Then add salt,lemon juice in the batter,sugar & turmeric powder mix everything really well.Then add eno salt mix it well.

Pour the batter equally in greased idili moulds with help of spoon

Cook the idilis on medium flame for 15 minutes.

Heat 2 tbs oil when oil start to fume sputter mustard seeds first then add curry leaves & saute it for a while to this add 1/2 cup of water along with salt & sugar.

Spread this tempering all over the idili dhokla with a spoon.
