This is a very famous chutney from Rajkot which is exported also.It stays good for many days in concentrated form.It is eaten with potato chips,fariyali chudwa, pattice etc.

Steps

Chop green chillies and prepare all ingredients.

Put everything in a mixer pot and grind.Do not add water.

Normally citric acid crystals are used so that chutney doesn't get spoilt but as it is not good for health I have substituted lemon juice.

Texture of chutney should be thick only,like a lump.

Remove in a small container and keep in fridge.

When you want to use dilute it with some water and enjoy with chips, fariyali pattice,sandwiches etc.
