Take a pan with oil, fry onion,ginger, garlic.

Add all vaggies ecept tomatoes.

Fry well atleast 5 min.

Add all masalas and fry with continues stirring about 10 min.add tomatoes and do the same process.

Mix one full glass of water, take a boil and cook for 10 min in low flame.

Your bhaji is ready.

Take buns, cut in to two pieces, horizontally.

Put some butter on pan.and Toast them from both sides.

Serve with bhaji, never forget to put some extra butter on bhaji.

Can serve a slice of lemon and ring of onion with pav bhaji.
