Steps

Preheat oven to 400°F

Roll out each sheet of puff pastry & cut in half

Place each piece of salmon in center of puff pastry

Place 4 to 6 pieces of asparagus on each piece of salmon

Top with 1TBSP of cream cheese & sprinkle with fresh chives

Fold over each sides of puff pastry to envelop salmon

Place in greased 9 x 13 pan.

Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown

Serve with roasted red skin potatoes
