Steps

remove bones from monk fish

slice monk fish into steaks

wash cabbage leaves, lay out so they create a 'dish' shape & place monk fish on them

sprinkle over Chilli, banana & lemon grass
- 5
pour over coconut milk
- 6
wrap leaves over the fish & secure with a cocktail stick

place in oven on 100C for 15 mins

boil rice, drain & mix in tumeric until an even yellow colour

lay out rice on plate to create a bed
- 10
unwrap monk fish, pour sauce from inside leaves over rice

place monk fish on rice
