  7. 2Hari Mirchi barik kati huyi
  8. Namak swad anusar
  9. 2 tbspOil
  10. 1/2 spoonSoya sauce

Steps

    Sabse pahle maide ka patla ghol bana lijiye ghol chikna banaiye aur ismein 1 cup se thoda Jada Pani lagega ab non-stick tava par thoda say tel daliye aur isse tissue paper se halke hath se tava par Charo taraf faila dijiye ab maida is par daliye aur chille ki tarah faila dijiye dhimi aanch par pakne dijiye ye khud kinare se tava chod dega isse bahut Lal nahi karna Hai. Iske baad isse kisi plate mein rakh dijiye aur sabhi chille issi tarah taiyar Kar lijiye

    Karahi mein thoga tel garam kijiye ismein patta gobhi, Shimla mirch, gajar, Kali mirch, Lal mirch, soya sauce, aur namak daal kar pakaiye dhyan rahe sabziyon ko bahut Jada na pakaiye.

    Ab Chelle par sabziyon ko chammach see ek sidh mein rakhiye aur chille ko dono taraf se band karke roll Kar dijiye. Issi tarah sare roll taiyar Kar lijiye.

    Karahi tel garam kijiye aur rolls ko deep fry kijiye. Isse apni pasand ki chutney ya sauce ke sath khaiye.
