On medium heat cook meat before water completely evaporates add onions, salt and pepper

Remove from heat and stir in fresh coriander and lemon juice

Fold all samosa pockets first in a cone shape before filling them with meat

Use a tablespoon to fill the samosa pockets and seal with a thick flour paste

Deep fry samosa till golden brown on both sides and crispy

Serve hot
