Ingredients

3 servings
  • 1 cup (250ml)Gobhi grated -
  • 1Onion - finely chopped
  • 2 Green chilli -finely chopped
  • -1/2" Ginger finely chopped
  • 2 tspCorriender - finely chopped
  • 2 tspChat masala -
  • 1/4 tspJeera powder-
  • 1 tspSalt -
  • For dough
  • 2 cup (250ml)Wheat Atta -
  • 1 tspSalt -
  • 1/2 tspAjwain -
  • 2 tspOil during kneeding -
  • 3 tsp Oil -for frying the parathas

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all Ingredients to form a filler mixture.

  2. 2

    Kneed atta and cover it with moist cloth and rest it for 30 mins.

  3. 3

    Divide the dough into 3 equal parts.

  4. 4

    Roll out 3 parathas with the filling mixture inside it.

  5. 5

    Fry the parathas and serve with pickle or curd or sauce.
