Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 1 cup (250ml)Gobhi grated -
  2. 1Onion - finely chopped
  3. 2 Green chilli -finely chopped
  4. -1/2" Ginger finely chopped
  5. 2 tspCorriender - finely chopped
  6. 2 tspChat masala -
  7. 1/4 tspJeera powder-
  8. 1 tspSalt -
  9. For dough
  10. 2 cup (250ml)Wheat Atta -
  11. 1 tspSalt -
  12. 1/2 tspAjwain -
  13. 2 tspOil during kneeding -
  14. 3 tsp Oil -for frying the parathas

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all Ingredients to form a filler mixture.

  2. 2

    Kneed atta and cover it with moist cloth and rest it for 30 mins.

  3. 3

    Divide the dough into 3 equal parts.

  4. 4

    Roll out 3 parathas with the filling mixture inside it.

  5. 5

    Fry the parathas and serve with pickle or curd or sauce.
