Boil the peels in sufficient water till soft or pressure cook for 2-3 whistles.

Grind it along with coriander leaves, garlic & green chilies to a smooth paste.

Heat oil in a pan and temper with kalonji and dry red chilli. Add the onion and saute till light brown.

Add the ground paste, salt and turmeric powder. Saute till dry.

Serve with rice or chapattis.
