Wash and make the leaves,

Boil water with the bicarbonate of soda, when boiled,add the leaves,leave it to cook untill ready, remove from the pan,set aside
- 3
Fry the onions for 2 min,add the tomatoes followed by your vegetables, cook for around 5, mins,then serve.can be served with ugali and beef stew.
