It's a rich and delicious Chutney.
Steps

Soak almonds in water for 30 mins and peel the skin.

In a mixer jar, place the peeled almonds, ginger, garlic, green chillies and salt.

Add little water and grind it to a smooth fine paste.

Remove the almond mixture in a bowl.

Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and let it splutter. Add curry leaves and switch off the flame.

Pour the tadka over the chutney. Mix well.

Serve with dosa, idli or rotis.

Note- Adjust salt and green chilli as per your requirement.
