Crush Oreos. Put 1/3 of crushed Oreos on bottom & set aside.

Mix butter, cream cheese, sugar, & vanilla. Set aside.

Combine milk and pudding mix. Fold Cool Whip into pudding. Fold together the 2 mixtures.

Layer pudding mixture and cookie crumbs until done.

Chill 3-4 hours before serving.
