Ingredients

  • 500 gbeef
  • 3 tbsbarbecue marinade
  • 1 tspbarbecue spice
  • 1 tsprajah
  • 1onion
  • 2 tbsbeef oxtail soup
  • 1/2 (1 cup)water
  • 1beef stock
  • pinchsalt
  • 1/2green pepper
  • 2 tbsoil

Steps

1:30 mins
  1. 1

    First marinade beef let it rest for 10minutes to soften

  2. 2

    Cook for 45min then add onion and oil

  3. 3

    When tender add green pepper beef stock

  4. 4

    In a cup of water add soup stir and pour to your beef stew let simmer for 20minutes
