Ingredients

1 serving

300 gramschopped potatoes
1/2ts chilli powder
1/ 2 ts garam masala
1/2ts curry powder
2 Tbcooking oil

Steps

1

Dry the potatoes,then place them in a zip lock bag.

Pour in the spices and shake well.

Next add the oil.

Spread potatoes on a baking sheet or aluminium foil and bake for 30 min 250 degrees.
