Ingredients

10  to 15 min
8 servings
  • 1 bowlhung curd
  • 1t/spoon Very finally chopped carrot
  • 1t/spoon Very finally chopped coriander leaves
  • 1t/spoon Roasted chopped or paste of garlic o
  • 1/4t/spoon of salt
  • 1/4t/spoon of black or white pepper
  • 1/2t/spoon of powdered sugar

Steps

10  to 15 min
  1. 1

    Hang the curd overnight In a muslin cloth for drain out the excess water from it

  2. 2

    In a bowl add all the ingredients mentioned above and mix them together to make a smooth dip with the help of hand wire mixer

  3. 3

    Your healthy dip is ready now garnish it with some chilli flakes and serve with any snacks
