Ek bowl mein hung curd daalen. Saath hi oil, Ginger garlic paste, namak, kal mirch, black pepper, lemon juice, bhunna jeera, aur bhunna chanaaata daal kar mix karein.

Mushrooms ki stemps nikal de aur mushrooms ko better mein daal kar slowly mix karein

Aur 2 hrs ke liye rest par rakhen

2hrs ke baad mushrooms ko toothpick mein lgaaye aur baking try par rakhen.

Otg ko 10 mints preheat karein. Aur baking try ko otg mein 180° mein 10 mints ke liye pkne dein. Aap ki grilled mushrooms tyar hai.

Apni pasand ki souce ya chutney ke saath serve karein.
