  • 6 ozIcing Sugar
  • 2 ozCoco Powder
  • 2 tbspMilk

    Beat butter in a bowl until soft. Add half of the Icing Sugar and beat till smooth.

  2. 2

    Add remaining Icing Sugar, Coco Powder and 1 tablespoon of Milk and beat till until creamy.

  3. 3

    Add the remaining Milk in small quanities, if necessary, to loosen mixture.

  4. 4

    Pipe buttercream over cakes as desired.
