  3. 1Onion finally chopped
  4. 7-8Garlic cloves
  5. 1 tspGinger paste
  6. 1/2 cup 3 spoon_Water
  7. 1 1/2 tspWhite Vinegar
  8. 2 tspBrown Vinegar
  9. 1 tspSoya sauce
  10. 1 tspBlack pepper powder
  11. as par tasteSalt
  12. 2 tspOlive oil

    Ek bowl mein water le or red chilli and kashmiri chilli ko 1/2 hrs ke liye bhigo de

    Bhigi chilli ko mixi mein pani dal kar grind kar le smooth paste ke roop mein

    Ek pan mein oil garam kariye and galic and chopped onion ko fry kariye

  4. 4

    Ab isme grind chilli paste ko daliye and black paper powder ko dal kar pan ke kinare chodhne tak fry kariye

  5. 5

    Ab isme water both Vinegar,soya sauce and salt mix kariye or 5 minute tak cook kariye

  6. 6

    Gas remove karke pan ko utar le or sauce ko thanda kariye or kisi airtight jaar mein bhar le
