Cooking Instructions

Boil and let cool dried mixed fruit,cherries,soft brown sugar,margerine and crushed pineapple in a pan.

Add sieved flour and the two beaten eggs to pan, when it has cooled.

Pour into a 2lb loaf tin lined and greased.
- 4
Place in a pre heated oven for 1 and a half hours on gas mark 2/ 150 c.
