Ingredients

  • 500 gmsminced chicken/chicken keema
  • 1finely chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoonginger-garlic paste
  • 1chopped tomato big size
  • 2tomatoes cut into slices
  • 2 tablespoonschopped coriander
  • 1 teaspooncoriander powder
  • 2 tablespoonschopped mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoongaram masala powder
  • 1-2chopped green chilies
  • 1 teaspoonroasted cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonturmeric/haldi powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonground black pepper
  • 1egg
  • 1 tablespooncornflour
  • to tasteSalt
  • 4-5 tablespoonscooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Squeeze the minced chicken with your hand to drain the excess water.

  2. 2

    Mix all of the above ingredients except cooking oil in a bowl. Mix well with the help of your hand. Cover and keep it aside for an hour.

  3. 3

    Divide the chicken mixture into small equal portions. Make ball like shapes and flatten the ball by pressing firmly with your palms. Before that put oil in your hand to prevent the mixture sticking to your hand. Now place the tomato slices on it and press slightly press it.

  4. 4

    Heat 1-2 tablespoon oil in a nonstick frying pan. Place them one by one carefully. Fry 3-4 pieces at a time. Fry them till both sides turn slightly golden brown. Remember not to over-fry otherwise, it will lose moisture and becomes hard.

  5. 5

    Chicken Chapli Kabab is ready to serve.

Hey,Thank you so much for your article about chicken-chapli-kabab-recipe, I really wanted to
make something like this so finally i got it, To be honest i never made it Hahah this
is my first time OH Gosh i'm soo excited to make it asap, I have invited some guests
in my home so it will be better to serve them as special dish is it possible to use
persian saffron in it ? i got that in good saffron price
yesterday, if you want me to use it mean your answer is Yes then kindly reply me asap
because after your approval i will be going to follow your article in upcoming weekend !Thanks
