Pineapple jam smells heavenly and so too tasty along dosa and chapatis. We can have it as bread toast jam in snacks time. Kids like a lot of it's tangy and sweet taste.

Pineapple jam smells heavenly and so too tasty along dosa and chapatis. We can have it as bread toast jam in snacks time. Kids like a lot of it's tangy and sweet taste.
Steps

Peel and chop pineapple.

Take them in a blender and make coarse puree.

Pour into pan and saute well in medium flame.

When it starts boiling add sugar and close the lid.

In the middle open the lid and saute again close the lid till sugar completely dissolved and get little thick.

Now add cardamom powder, salt and ghee.

Continue saute well until it starts to leave the edges.

Switch off and allow it to cool down in room temperature, then store in glass jar for a month long.
