Ingredients

250 gmtomatoes (puree)
1 tspajwain (carom seeds)
2chillies (red)
3 tbspsugar
to tasteSalt
1 tbspOil
1 tspmustard seeds

Steps

Heat the pan and add oil. Now add carom seeds, mustard seeds and red chillies. Fry them.

Now add tomatoes puree. And cooked them for 10 minutes.

Now add sugar and salt and cooked them for 5 minutes.

Now tomato sweet chutney is ready.

Serve them with dosa, tikki, fritters etc.
