Take wheat flour 1cup + 1teaspoon oil + 1/4 cup of water for dough

In mixer make a corse paste of coriander seeds, coriander leaves and green chillies with salt. In pan heat oil add mustard and this corse paste and mashed potatoes

In dough have this mixed paste and roll on as you do chapati carefully and put on tava put oil and turn both sides

Have quick and spicy parota with ketchup o sauce or with left out aloo paste in pan
