My grandma's recipe she use to make this then my mom and now me and this dish nimona is well known in north.
Steps

Firstly wash green peas and grind it coarsely

Then take tomatoes make puree.

Take a kadhai add oil cumin seeds,mustard seeds,hing when crackle put the chopped onions and saute it till it turns golden brown add ginger,garlic paste,green chilli fry for few mins.

Then add tomato puree in it add turmeric powder,coriander powder,garam masala and salt little red chilli powder as well mix it and fry till it leaves oil.

Lastly add the grinded green peas and if you want add little water as well if your consistency is too dry cover it with lid for 5 mins.

Your tasty nimona is ready to serve.add little lime juice when serving. Best goes with roti or parathas.
