Steps

preheat oven to 200 c

brown the dried milk together with the samolina in a pan

set them out in a bowle to cool after they get golden brown colour

add the rest of the dry ingredients

mix well

add a pinch of salt
- 7
add the cream and milk and mix well (if its still dry add some water)

spread on buttered glass cooking pan

stick it in the oven for 30 mintues (untill forke come out clean)

for the topping beat the topping ingredients well

take out of oven..add the topping and set back in off oven untill serving
