100 gramscaster sugar
100 gramssoft margarine

preheat oven to 180c/350t/gas mark 4. put paper cases into bun tin

beat sugar and margarine together until soft and pale. beat eggs separately.

add a little flour and egg to sugar mixture at a time unrolled all combined and soft and creamy

spoon into paper cases and bake for 20 - 30 mins
