Rice ko saf karein,achhe se wash karein or 1/2 hour ke lie soak kar ke rakh de.

1 /2 hour ke baad pateele mein 5 cup water dal kar boil karein.1 ubal aane ke baad gas sim karein.

Sim gas p 5 min pakayein.water drain karein or 5 min cover kar ke rakh de.

Note......Khule bartan mein boil krna ho to rice se double water dale.

Cooker mein rice or water equal rkhna hai or 1 whistle lagakar gas off kar de or 5 min ke baad steam nikal de

Boiled rice is ready to serve.
