Mbuta and kales
It's a rare kind of fish but delicious
Steps

Heat some oil in a frying pan then add 1 sliced onions

When golden brown add 3chopped tomatoes and fry till soft

Mix well and add 1 cup water and salt to taste

Add mbuta and leave to settle for 20min then add Dhania leaves and remove from heat

Heat some oil in another clean pan and add the rest of the onion

Wash the kales, slice them into pieces add into the pan and add salt then fry for 5min

Serve hot with ugali
