  • 2 cupsrice
  • 1/4 kgbeef boiled
  • 1chopped onion
  • 3large tomatoes
  • 1 tspcurry powder
  • Cooking oil
  • Salt

    Boil water for rice then add rice

  2. 2

    Add cooking oil and salt allow to cook when ready '

  3. 3

    Place onions in a sufuria and add cooking oil

  4. 4

    Add tomatoes and stir as crash them

  5. 5

    Add beef and stir add salt

  6. 6

    Add water and let it boil for few minutes then serve with rice
