Ingredients

  • 1puff pastry
  • 200-250meat
  • Feta cheese
  • Cheddar cheese
  • 1small glass mix frozen vegetables
  • 1small potato
  • Some black olive
  • Mix spice
  • As neededDried coriander
  • As neededTumric
  • As neededcrashed Black pepper
  • As neededCurry powder
  • 1small onion
  • 2garlic cloves
  • Small piece of ginger
  • Vegetable oil
  • 1 piecefrozen spinach
  • As neededSesame seed
  • 1egg
  • As neededblack cumin seed

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the onion, crashed the garlic and ginger.

  2. 2

    Add the oil to the pan then garlic and onion to it.

  3. 3

    Add the minced meat to the onion and garlic.

  4. 4

    Wait until meat turn colour add the all spice.

  5. 5

    Add the salt and frozen spinach.

  6. 6

    In other pan add oil then vegetable until soften with same spice of meat.

  7. 7

    Add the mix to meat and add some water if needed.

  8. 8

    Mix the meat with olive, cheese.

  9. 9

    Prepare the puff pastry add to dish lower part full with mix meat and vegetables.

  10. 10

    Cover it with other piece of puff pastry close the edge.

  11. 11

    Decorate with cumin & sesame.

  12. 12

    Put the egg with a Burch on the puff pastry.

  13. 13

    Put the oven for 200 until turn red.
