Egusi soup with smoked fish
My children's love for smoked fish eeh
Steps

Remove the bones from the smoked fish.boil it for 3minutes with onion,salt and cubes stock.

Blend the egusi and fry it in a bleached red oil.with continous stirring.

Fry for 3minutes,add 3cups of water turn it very well and cover.

Onces is boiling round,put crayfish,camerron pepper,salt,stock cubes.

After 5minutes put the boiled smoked fish.
- 6
Wash and cut the uziza leaves and put in tge soyp.
