pre heat hooded bbq

mix dry ingridients to piri piri sauce
- 3
coat chicken thighs in piri piri sauce mix snd set aside
- 4
cut aluminium rectangles so when doubled make squares that are large enough to cover individual chicken thighs

place on wire rack of bbq. close lid and leave to bake for 45 mins
- 6
after 45 mins turn parcels over & cook for a further 10 mins
- 7
remove parcels from bbq, unwrap and serve with your choice of accompanyment or in a baguette
