Ingredients

  1. 50 gmscrab meat
  2. 1 tsprefined oil
  3. 1 Onion sliced
  4. 2 cupsBrandy
  5. 1 tspRaw rice
  6. 1 tspTomato puree
  7. 1 tspCooking cream
  8. to tasteSeasonings
  9. as neededCayenne pepper/ chilli powder
  10. as neededFish stock

Steps

  1. 1

    In a saucepan, heat oil, cook sliced onion till transparent for 5 minutes.

  2. 2

    Add the brandy, fish stock, tomato puree and crab meat; simmer till the rice is cooked.

  3. 3

    Remove the heat, let it cool, once the liquid is cool enough, blend it to a smooth paste.

  4. 4

    Now simmer the soup, add chilli powder, seasonings and cream.

  5. 5

    Do not let the soup boil, just simmer till it is ready for serving.

  6. 6

    Garnish the soup with the cooked crab claw, meat and finely chopped parsley.
