Ingredients

1 lbground beef
1/2 lbground pork
1 mediumonion, minced
1 tbspfresh thyme, minced
3 tbspdry garlic, rosemary seasoning
1egg
1bread crumbs as needed
4button mushrooms
1 1/2 cupsharp cheddar, finely shredded
1 tbspworsteshire sauce

Mix beef and pork

Add onion, mix well

Add mushroom, mix well

Add seasonings, mix well

Add cheese and mix very well

Add egg and worsteshire, mix well

Add enough bread crumbs to bring mixture to a putty consistancy

Mixture should make 5 large patties. After forming, place on plate and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes

Grill on hot grill for 4 minutes on each side
