melt butter, stir in flour into butter slowly, bring to boil for 1-2 min until thickened.

add cream cheese, velveeta cheese, shredded cheese, bacon, salt, and pepper. mix

add drained macaroni into dish with mix. add bread crumbs to top and bake 25 min at 350
