Heat oil in in a non stick pan and add mustard seeds when it's splatter add finely chopped onion, cook till light pink and add mashed potatoes and mashed peas.

Add salt, red chilli powder, chat marsala, turmeric powder, green coriander and mix well.stuffing is ready for Pakora.

Take a Bread slice spread potatoes and peas stuffing evenly on Bread.

Place another Bread over it.

Cut it into 2 equal peace in triangle shape.

Make batter with gram flour red chilli powder,salt and punch of turmeric powder with needed water.

Now heat oil in a deep pan for deep fry Bread Pakora.

Dip stuffed Bread into batter and deep fry it till light golden brown.

I cut into small triangle and Serve with imli chutney or tomato sauce.
