Ingredients

  1. 150 gpaneer
  2. 1small bowl meathi
  3. 2onion
  4. 2tomatoes
  5. As per need
  6. Ginger garlic green chilli paste
  7. Salt
  8. Hldi powder
  9. Lal mirchi powder
  10. Kitchen king msala
  11. Fresh malai
  12. 1 cupmilk

Steps

  1. 1

    Make smooth paste with onion tomato

  2. 2

    Take a pan. Add oil jeera. Ginger garlic paste

  3. 3

    Saute well. Add onion tomato paste.saute it.

  4. 4

    Add lal Mirch hldi powder. Heat for 3-4 min.

  5. 5

    Add malai. Mix properly. Add salt. Kitchen king msala.

  6. 6

    Add milk. Heat for 3-4 min.

  7. 7

    In last add sliced paneer. Heat for 2 min. Then add fresh chopped maethi leaves. Heat for 2 min. Flame off.

  8. 8

    Ready to serve
