Boil maple syrup until thickened and slightly reduced (careful not to caramelize) allow to cool till warm.

while syrup cools cook and crisp Bacon then crunch up.

When syrup is warm, stir in butter in sections until melted and blended.

mix in other ingredients, flour last and in batches

spread evenly on lined cookie sheet, chill in fridge 1 hour

bake in oven for 12 minutes @ 350°F till golden brown

Make Kentucky Burbon glaze for topping, 2-3 tbsp of Kentucky Burboun to 1 cup powedered sugar. mix till blended drizzle bars with glaze... enjoy!
