bubble steadly for 4 1/2 hours

towards the hams cooking time preheat oven to 220

stir ginger preserve or orange marmelate with dry ground ginger + mustard sugar cloves

after 41/2 hours gently put the ham on an aluminium foiled tray

cut away the skin leaving a thin layer of fat

slap on the glaze

put the tray with the ham in the oven for 20 minutes
