mix dry pudding mix and pineapple with juice a medium bowl, gently stir in whipping topping

cut cake horizonally into 3 layers, place bottom cake layer cut side up. spread 1 and 1/3 cups of pudding mix onto cake layer. Cover with middle cake layer. Spread 1 cup of the pudding mix onto the middle cake layer. Top with the remaining cake layer an spread the rest of the mix on the cake, refrigerator at least 1 hour. Take out an decorate with raspberries and strawberries
